A working demo modelled closely on the real ScoutPark app and adapted to the client's requirements for launch in Finland: a map-first home screen with violation pins, the big yellow Send report camera button, and a reward paid for every approved report — do good, get paid. Reports land directly on the parking enforcement panel, where officers review them and the reporter tracks the status live.

This is the real street map of Helsinki, Finland — drag to pan, use +/− to zoom, or switch to the Satellite view (top-right of the map).
Yellow pins = areas with reported violations. Tap the yellow button below to report one yourself.
This demo uses your real camera — allow camera access when asked. The photo you take is the one that gets sent, with your real GPS location attached.
If the camera is blocked in this preview, tap “Use a photo from your device” — on a phone it opens the camera app directly.
The report goes straight to the parking enforcement system —
the admin panel in this same app, shown beside the phone.
Report #R-0000 is now with parking enforcement. You'll be notified at every step — approval pays your €5.00 reward.
Rewards are paid in EUR once an officer
approves the report in the enforcement panel.
Your photos, plates and location data are handled under GDPR — used only for enforcement review and deleted per Finnish retention rules.

Processing a report by approving it marks it for enforcement action (e.g. a parking fine) and releases the reporter's €5.00 reward. Every decision is reflected instantly in the reporter's app under Profile → Reports.
The ScoutPark loop from the client's requirements — citizen side and enforcement side in one system:
From the map home screen, tap the yellow Send report button: photo of the vehicle with the plate clearly visible, GPS location captured automatically, violation type selected.
Reports arrive directly in the enforcement panel. Officers verify the photo and plate, then approve or reject.
The reporter tracks every report in the app — submitted → reviewed → processed — and a processed, approved report pays a €5 reward. Do good, get paid.
